TERMS & CONDITIONS Villa Susanna is a private House where we have just few rooms all located to the ground floor, and the owners lives at the upstairs with a separated entrance. This kind of Low Cost accommodation is perfect for who want to spend just few hours before embarking to the Cruise at the lowest rates. 1) Arrivals Since we haven't a 24 hours reception, we need to know your flight number -schedule and your expected arrival time to Civitavecchia in order to be here waiting for you. 2) Self check-in: Due to the difficult to provide an estimate time arrival ( Maybe due to your flight or train delays..), you'll be able to check-in by your self. Our self check in system is very simple, you'll find instructions at the main door with a code that you have to insert on the key pad that'll allows you to open automatically the main door and enter to your room. Once inside take your assigned room (You will find your name on the room door), you'll be able to contact us by our phone located at the entrance (our phone number is 338 2655318) in order to decide when we can meet each other to complete your registration/payment. 3) Check-in time: Any time after 13.00 (you need to inform us your the expected arrival time) 4) Check-out time: On the date of departure not later than 11 AM. (You can live your baggage to the waiting area from 11 Am till 1 PM) 5) Check-in time (before 1 Pm): We can't check you in before 1 PM in order to not disturb our guests which will be probably still sleeping or our staff cleaning the Rooms. You can drop your luggage at the waiting area situated behind the Villa (if you ring the bell you 'll get from us the instructions) and come later at the check-in time. 6) No-show: For a no-show, we will charge you the total amount of the reservation of the first night. In case you book more than 2 nights, we will charge you the half of the total amount. 7) Cancellation You have the possibility to cancel your reservation 15 days before your arrival date by email avoiding any penalties/charges from your credit card. In case you do not cancel in time your reservation, the penalties are the same as the conditions of a "no show". 8) Payment of your reservation (at the check in time) Payments are in cash in Euro. We also accept Visa or Master Cards. During the high season or a longer stay, payment can be requested before your arrival by Pay Pal or transfer money system . 9) Breakfast: The included Breakfast is served at our affiliate Coffeshop next the B&B from 7am till 11 am (You have to show the ticket at the coffe shop in order to get the Italian Breakfast(Hot drink+ croaissant) If you wish an American Breakfast, ticket costs 4,50 Euro that included: Hot drink( Caffe or Cappuccino or tea or milk)+croaissant+Orange juice+Toast 10) Luggage: We don't have a deposit luggage, but you can live you luggage to the terrace until 1 PM .We are not responsible for any rubbery of your luggage. 11) Cleaning Rooms: We change towels only after 2 days, and the total cleaning rooms is after 3 Days only on request 12)Rooms Type: Our bedrooms are all located at the ground floor. We have Rooms with bathroom inside and private bathroom out side the room. The size of our double bed are 160 cm x 200 cm and the Single bed are 90 cm x 200 cm. 13) Small share Kitchen: Our lodging is provided of a small kitchen, where you can find a common small fridge, microwave oven, free fresh water dispenser, and a hot drinks vending machine (50 Euro cents for each hot drink) |
