No 24hr reception    

Dear Guest, since we haven't a 24 hours reception, we kindly ask you to let us
know your flight number and your estimate arrival time to Civitavecchia or Rome
Airport (Fiumicino or Ciampino )in order to be here waiting for your arrival.

We understand that  it is very difficult to let us know an estimate time arrival to the B&B (maybe due  flight or train delays )

So in this case at your arrival you will find a message to the front door Street Via Bruzzesi 3A.  Please follow the
instructions on the message to enter by your -self in order to don't wait outside.

On the message you will find  a code key  to put on the
keypad open door system located at the front  door number 3/B . Once inside please take the room with your name
shown on the room door. For any problem, do not hesitate to call us from your mobile phone or  from any phone/call
centre or public telephone putting 50 cents (our phone number is 338 2655318). We’ll meet you later to welcome you
and to complete your registration/payment.


Check-in time:    
Any time after 13.00.
(The guest has to notify the expected arrival time)

Check-out time:       
On the date of departure not later than 11 AM.



Early arrival (before 1 Pm)        
In this case, please do not enter inside the B&B  (in order to not disturb our guests which will be probably still sleeping
or  still having breakfast) but ring us at door number 3. You’ll wait with your luggage until the check-in time into the terrace
located behind the B&B.


No-show or cancellation
In this case, we will charge you the total amount of the reservation (you have  the possibility to cancel your reservation 15
days before your arrival date by email, avoiding any penalties/charges from your credit card.)


Payment of your reservation        
Any payment will be made preferably  in Euro in cash  during the check-in. We also accept  Visa or MasterCard credit
cards. During the high season or a longer stay, payment can be requested before your arrival by Pay Pal or transfer
money system .

Breakfast

IMPORTANT:
The  Breakfast is  included for all 2010, for the 2011 breakfast will be an extra served to the Bar- Cafe' close the B&B
from 7am till 10 am (Italian Breakfast 1,70 Euro & American Beakfast 4,50 Euro)
